fun for grown-ups, too Balona Logo Some Teen Sex but Not Much
This April 2007 Blog is the Brainchild of
Patella Euphella Sackworth, Reporter-at-Large for the
Balona Courier
flower column for funny teen blog

I'm sure my blog readers will be happy to know that I have recovered from my anemia and stuff. Strange but true, my recovery from The Pales (it's what Grampa called the condition) got better soon as Ms. Verga Bless left town. She never left word, took over all my bank account, and I never got my poems published at all. What a ripoff. So, just be warned about publishers who may come to your town promising the moon. You'll probably get the shaft instead. (The Shaft is what we Balonans refer as cheated.) My book about her is being celebrated far and wide as well as in School Library Journal.
News: Tery Ordway's story which maybe I mentioned before got a nice review in School Library Journal and Flamingnet Book Reviews, and other places where librarians look for good stuff for kids to read, is a huge big success. Tery's story is about the big San Francisco earthquake that ancient old Mr. Junior Kuhl was in, just about exactly a hundred years ago, this month, too.
Another new BalonaBook is about Mr. Don Keyshot's adventures in Balona. Unfortunately, Mr. Keyshot had to give a lot of credit for finding his lost dog to a person on my List, a person by the name of Joey Kuhl, no longer a favorite of mine. And for a super chill, get Mr. Burberry's book.
I mentioned already but I'll say it again, you can buy books right on this Web site on PayPal with your credit card. You could, for example, find a book by me and Claire (a real rich person now since inherited it from a real bad person). But Buds is really pretty good. And me and Claire both get a royalty if you buy it. And now that my Pales are gone, I would also feel a lot better if you will e-mail me and tell me if you like my blog with the pretty spring blossoms up top here.     Patella's E-Mail
