Jonathan writes stories for BalonaBooks part-time, and part-time advises new teachers and teacher interns on their classroom practice for the California State University, Stanislaus. He no longer makes in-person presentations to students in elementary and secondary schools, but he is experienced in participating in conferences with such classes via telephone or e-mail, on appointment. With students and teachers he can discuss his (and their) experiences with various writing processes, the place and importance of vocabulary, and how to (try to) get writing published. As he is also publisher of BalonaBooks, Jonathan can discuss with kids how publishing works (and doesn't work!). You can get in touch with him and make conference arrangements easily via his e-mail below. Telephone and/or e-mail conferences do work!
You can also get in touch with other authors of BalonaBooks right here:
Joaquin Peralta and
A. John Graves and
the widow of great teacher Robert J. Hanlon
